Our Team

“Ramenka” Ltd is the company managing one of the leading retail stores network – “Ramstore”. Ramenka” was founded in Moscow in 1997. Its founders are the biggest Turkish production – trade – financial conglomeration “Koch” and one of the largest Turkish construction companies “Enka”. “Ramstore” retail network has adopted the model of management and experience of “Migros Turk” company, which is the biggest retail network in Turkey being a member of Koch–holding. It includes more than 500 hyper- and supermarkets.

The structure of the company includes the following departments: Sales, Marketing, Investment, HR, Accounting, Technical, Advertising, IT, etc.

Our company is modern and rapidly developing. More than 30 supermarkets operate now in Moscow and the regions. More than 3 500 people work in the stores and in the office.

HR Policy

The goal of the HR policy is making HR decisions objective and evident. Following this principle we have singled out professional skill and competence requirements for the candidates wishing to work for our company. A complex of trainings and courses has been introduced within the company. Trainings on credit cards operating, merchandizing and many other are arranged for store employees. Presentations of new products are arranged in cooperation with the suppliers. Office employees also have a possibility to develop their professional knowledge and skills. Training in self-efficiency development, HR management, conflict resolution is held in the form of seminars and workshops.

Each resume sent to “Ramenka” is processed by HR department independent of whether there are vacancies corresponding to the candidate’s requirements and qualifications. When there is no such vacancy, your resume is entered into the database and will be addressed when the vacancy comes up.
